You can only use the website to place a legit order or to demand information from the company.
You will not make a fraud, fake or false order. If we think that the order you placed may fall under those terms, we reserve the right to cancel your order and to alert the authorities.
You will enter the correct and exact information concerning your phone number and/or email and we can contact you via those platforms in any case.
If you do not provide us every necessary information, we may be unable to place your order.
You will not use the website to engage in any criminal activity or in any activity that can violate the laws of any town, province, state, nation or international rights or regulations.
- By placing an order on our website, you declare and guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and that you can legally engage in a purchase contract. We reserve the entire right to impose any regulation or limits of the use of the website or restrict your access to the website as a whole or partially as we see fit.
Please note that our website platform may not be able to load with every browser. Unmuted Collective is not responsable of any inconveniences that may occur if your browser demands an update or if the browser is not updated.
PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, you have to follow the purchase process online and you have to click on ‘’Complete order’’ for us to receive you purchase. After these steps, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that we have receive your order. You order establishes that you bought one or more items for your personal use, and not to be sold to another entity.
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars initially established (CAD). Unmuted Collective is not responsable for the exchange rate applied by any bank. Currency converter is only use to help you figure out the approximative exchange rate.
We reserve the right to alter any order if any of the items ordered are no longer available. If an item cannot be shipped due to a manufacturing defect or availability, we reserve the right to send you the rest of the order without the unavailable items. An email will be sent to you informing you of the revised order.
Some items are only available in our website.
We reserve the right to remove any item from the website at any moment and/or edit or delete content from the website and change item prices. We reserve the right to not treat an order at any time as we see fit.
We consider that the shipping of a package cannot be our entire responsibility if the order has left our distribution facility. We consider that any problem occurred at the shipping is out of our hands. We exonerate from the responsibility of the problems and/or delay the shipping company can cause. The order is considered your entire responsibility the moment it leaves our distribution facility. If the informations entered at the time of the order are wrong or include any mistakes, the client has the entire responsibility of the inconvenience and charges it may cause. We reserve the right to keep an order if the charges are not fully paid.
We have a flat shipping rate of $12 for delivery to Canada. International fees are calculated during the checkout process with your delivery address.
We are using the service of Canada Post, Purolator and UPS for delivering your goods.
After placing an order, no refunds can be issued if the selected items are available and deliverable at the right delay. All shipping freights are not refundable.
WRITTEN AND PHONE COMMUNICATION
When you use our website, you accept that principal communication with us is via electronic. We contact by email, phone or with the notifications on our website. By using our website, you agree that we can communicate with you via those platforms and you recognize that every contract, notice, information and other communication that the both parties provide electronically is conformed to envy law and regulation.
There is no phone line at the moment dedicated specifically to costumer service of the company.
CORRECTION AND RECTIFICATION OF AN ORDER
Every change, correction or rectification of an order cannot be issued via social media. It has to be with our costumer service directly, 24 hours after the purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the demand is issued after the 24 hours period or if you didn't received any confirmation from our customer service after 24 hours, we reserve the right to not apply the asked rectifications.
We reserve the right to offer items in pre-order. We engage ourselves to deliver the paid items. However, we cannot guarantee a shipping date, even if a date was suggested at the time of the pre-order.
Please note that some conditions may apply to promo codes. Read carefully the offer to not miss the conditions.
Only one code per order can be used.
Please note that no discounts can be applied to an order issued during BLACK
